This McDonald's has recently been upgraded to a McCafe. I have gone here on several occasions. The staff are friendly and I have no problems with the food served here. This McDonald's provides a relaxed atmosphere and it's a nice idea to even go sit and have a coffee while using the WiFi. The coffee is good at McDonald's now as they make use of Tim Horton's latest coffee brand. Enjoy!

I went to this location with some friends in Peterborough today and was shocked at the service. I understand there's a lunch time rush but still this is ridiculous, you can see from photos attached the staff weren't even trying when making the food. My cheese slice was on the outside of the box which any staff member definitely would have noticed while making the item but obviously didn't care. Items were forgotten and we waited in the pull up spot only for more items to be forgotten. Staff needs better training and to actually give a damn about their work.

The low star is not for food quality or quality of the playplace. It is for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in the form of what seemed like RACIST behavior. I ordered 3 vanilla cones. I noticed all others who received multiple cones got a cardboard holder (similar to the one for drinks.) This helps against dropping the multiple cones. However, I did not get one (I am not white.) I had to request it.

Hey, I actually caught staff smoking on their patio in uniform. When I told the manager she quickly took offence told me they were all of age- turns out some of them weren't. They were investigated by the health unit- It's against the law. And this is a family restaurant! Grimy, filthy and generally gross, this one is nothing like the McD's of old. The good staff are gone and replaced mostly by stoner busybodies who shout at each other in front of customers. This is how a once proud chain dies- location by location. And this location, Peterborough's worst, is dead on arrival.

Either their ice cream is down or you get to the pickup window and recieve an excuse there.. today was that the ice cream was "too runny to cone" and we got them in sundae cups... really getting sick of the ice cream situation at McDonald's.. most disappointing pregancy craving ever..
